Sherry Roberts has had two basset hounds, Princess and Samantha. Samantha was one of three sisters that belonged to her brother’s family and sister’s family. When her nieces and nephew were little, she loved to make up stories. Now she enjoys writing stories for others to read. She holds a graduate degree from the University of Louisville in curriculum and instruction. She has taught middle school, high school, and college business classes. She was instrumental in developing technology camps during the summer for elementary students. Sherry now lives in middle Tennessee with her rescue dog named Gizzie. Sherry's first book for Young Dragons Press about a rescue dog named Gus will be published on August 10, 2021.
